Architect

A well-established, design-led architecture studio in Perth is seeking an experienced Architect to join their collaborative team. This full-time role suits a confident all-rounder who enjoys contributing across all stages of a project while working closely with designers, consultants and clients.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in a diverse portfolio including workplace, education, civic, health, hospitality and mixed-use developments. The role offers hands-on exposure from early design through detailed documentation and construction phase services, with a strong emphasis on quality and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage projects, contributing to full project life-cycle
• Prepare specifications, schedules and coordinated consultant packages
• Review and integrate consultant documentation to ensure coordination and buildability
• Attend site visits and assist with RFIs, variations and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with the NCC, DDA and relevant Australian Standards
• Take responsibility for project components and support junior team members
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve design and technical issues
• Contribute to project planning, scope definition and delivery strategies
• Maintain clear document control and follow established studio systems

About You

• Degree-qualified Architect (registration advantageous but not essential)
• 5+ years post-graduate experience within an Australian practice
• Proficient in Revit
• Strong technical and documentation capability
• Sound knowledge of local construction methods and compliance
• Clear communicator with strong organisation and time management skills
• Collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
