Architect
A well-established, design-led architecture studio in Perth is seeking an experienced Architect to join their collaborative team. This full-time role suits a confident all-rounder who enjoys contributing across all stages of a project while working closely with designers, consultants and clients.
About the Role
You’ll be involved in a diverse portfolio including workplace, education, civic, health, hospitality and mixed-use developments. The role offers hands-on exposure from early design through detailed documentation and construction phase services, with a strong emphasis on quality and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage projects, contributing to full project life-cycle
- Prepare specifications, schedules and coordinated consultant packages
- Review and integrate consultant documentation to ensure coordination and buildability
- Attend site visits and assist with RFIs, variations and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with the NCC, DDA and relevant Australian Standards
- Take responsibility for project components and support junior team members
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve design and technical issues
- Contribute to project planning, scope definition and delivery strategies
- Maintain clear document control and follow established studio systems
About You
- Degree-qualified Architect (registration advantageous but not essential)
- 5+ years post-graduate experience within an Australian practice
- Proficient in Revit
- Strong technical and documentation capability
- Sound knowledge of local construction methods and compliance
- Clear communicator with strong organisation and time management skills
- Collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
